The Property
Spanning 3,700m², Ultima Courchevel is an exclusive collection of 13 private chalets, combining exceptional luxury with a prime alpine setting. Positioned on the south side of the residence beside the slopes, the four bedroom Signature Chalets provide ski-in/ski-out convenience and are perfectly suited to both families and groups of friends. Each chalet comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across four elegant bedroom suites.

Designed to reflect refined Alpine living, the chalets pair traditional mountain charm with premium materials and sophisticated furnishings throughout. At the heart of every property is a spacious open-plan living and dining area, centred around a striking fireplace and framed by spectacular valley views. Guests will also find a fully equipped kitchen and stylish bar area, ideal for preparing meals independently or with the services of a private chef for an added level of indulgence. Private balconies in every chalet allow guests to fully appreciate the stunning surroundings.

All four bedrooms are generously appointed with en-suite bathrooms and dedicated dressing areas. Rich fabrics, leather headboards, and luxurious marble bathrooms create a warm yet elegant atmosphere, ensuring the highest standards of comfort and relaxation.

In addition to the private chalets, guests can enjoy access to the residence’s exceptional shared facilities.
