Chalet 46° blends the character of a traditional Savoyard farmhouse with contemporary alpine design, creating an elegant retreat for up to 14 guests. Thoughtfully restored, the chalet preserves many of its original architectural features while introducing stylish modern finishes, generous living spaces and luxurious facilities. Located in a peaceful residential area of Morzine, it offers the perfect balance of tranquillity and convenient access to the resort.

Arranged across three floors, the chalet has been designed with both relaxation and socialising in mind. The top floor is dedicated to open-plan living, where exposed timber beams naturally divide the space into inviting areas for dining, entertaining and unwinding. A comfortable lounge is centred around a feature fireplace, with large windows framing views across the surrounding mountains and gardens. A second seating area provides an additional place to relax, while the spacious dining table comfortably accommodates the whole group. Completing the floor is a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with contemporary finishes, a breakfast bar and even its own beer tap.

After a day exploring the slopes, guests can retreat to the chalet's wellness facilities on the ground floor. A private sauna, cosy TV lounge and dedicated treatment room provide the ideal setting to recharge, with massages, beauty treatments and other spa services available to arrange in the comfort of the chalet.

The outdoor areas are equally impressive. A large south-facing garden and terrace create an inviting space throughout the season, whether you're soaking in the hot tub, gathering around the firepit with a drink from the outdoor bar or enjoying lunch at the spacious wooden dining table on warmer afternoons.

Accommodation is spread across five beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, offering flexible layouts suitable for families, groups of friends or corporate stays. Several of the double bedrooms feature freestanding bathtubs within the room for an added touch of luxury, while a charming bedroom tucked beneath the eaves includes built-in cabin beds. A generous family room combines a double bed with two sets of bunk beds, comfortably sleeping both adults and children. For added flexibility, each double bedroom can also be configured as a twin.

Practical features have not been overlooked, with a dedicated ski room on the entrance level providing secure storage alongside heated boot and glove warmers to ensure your equipment is ready for another day on the mountain.
