The Property
Set within the picturesque village of St Martin de Belleville, Chalet Constantia is an elegant standalone chalet accommodating up to 16 guests. Combining traditional Savoyard architecture with contemporary interiors, the property spans three levels and enjoys sweeping panoramic views across the Belleville Valley.

The chalet offers six beautifully appointed double bedrooms, two of which can be configured as twins, alongside a dormitory-style bunk room suitable for up to four children. Each double bedroom benefits from its own en-suite bathroom or shower room, while the master suite features a private balcony and shares an additional balcony with the neighbouring bedroom. Thoughtfully designed using furnishings sourced from local artisans, every bedroom has its own unique character and welcoming atmosphere.

Occupying the entire top floor is an impressive open-plan living space of more than 110m². Exposed wooden beams and vaulted ceilings create a warm alpine ambience, complemented by stylish décor and plush seating. At the centre of the room, a striking glass-sided fireplace radiates warmth throughout the space. The dining area comfortably seats up to 16 guests around a handcrafted wooden table, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and a dedicated drinks area featuring a selection of artisan gins and other beverages. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light and open onto a spacious balcony overlooking the valley and the surrounding mountains.

After a day on the slopes, guests can unwind on the ground-floor terrace, where a private outdoor hot tub provides the perfect setting to relax while taking in the stunning mountain scenery. An outdoor sauna offers an additional wellness experience, ideal for soothing tired muscles after skiing.

For indoor entertainment, the chalet features a comfortable TV lounge on the ground floor, complete with oversized sofas and a large screen for movie nights. The adjoining bunk room also serves as a games room, equipped with table football and a selection of board games to keep guests entertained.

Practical facilities include an internal lift connecting all floors, making the chalet suitable for guests with reduced mobility. A private garage houses a dedicated ski room with ski storage and heated boot warmers, ensuring equipment is ready for each day's adventures.

Rates are based on exclusive occupancy of the chalet for up to 12 adults and 4 children and include gourmet catering throughout your stay, a complimentary bar, and an in-resort chauffeur service.
